A modest but elegant Edwardian period country house overlooking the South Coast gets its first renovation and upgrading since first being built in the inter-war period to a neo-Georgian design. The project will involve turning it into one of the most well-heeled of the country houses that line the chalk peaks of the South Downs National Park.
