Extension and Restoration of a Grade II listed thatched house in the Surrey Hills that was originally design by Alfred Claude Burlingham (well known for designing the Abbotts Wood Estate on the edge of Guildford) in 1932.
The project included the complete reconstruction of the original stone garden walling, the addition of two sedum roofed Pavilions and thatched master bedroom suite that bookends the project.
