 Framing an antique Surrey Cottage

The proposal is a Traditional oak framed kitchen extension to a Grade II listed cottage that is believed to back to the late C16th with later C19th Brick additions.

The extension was designed to step down the sloped site to allow the kitchen to sit into the slope in the landscape.  The oak Frame, cladding and with brick plinth are detailed to a high standard to mask previous additions that were not in keeping with the original building.
